GENERAL DESCRIPTION
NOBLAZE ® SWR-1 and NOBLAZE ® SWR-2, which come in separate packages, they have to combine and form highly effective wool flame retardant. In wool treatment with NOBLAZE SWR-1 & SWR-2, excellent results were shown include high efficiency, low toxicity, durable for washing and easy handling.

APPLICATIONS
NOBLAZE ® SWR-1 and NOBLAZE ® SWR-2 are outstanding durable flame-retardants for wool products. For wool treatments, NOBLAZE chemicals can be diluted with water to the desired concentration and then applied by dipping techniques as shown as the following procedures.
USAGE PROCEDURES
1. Prepare fresh water in a tank and increase the water temperature until 85 ºC.
2. Add 5% of NOBLAZE ® SWR-1 and 15% of NOBLAZE ® SWR-2 into the water tank and stir evenly.
3. Maintain the mixture at a pH below 3; which can be adjusted by adding citric acid or formic acid.
4. Place the wool into the mixture, then increase the temperature until 95ºC and maintain it for 30-35 minutes.
5. Later discharge the mixture and rinse the wool with fresh water at 40ºC for 5-10 minutes until the pH value has increased to 4 and this wool treatment is considered has completed.
CAUTIONS
1. In the wool treatment procedures, the chemicals such as sulphuric acid, glauber salt and phosphate softener or detergent cannot be used.
2. During the rinsing process, the wool cannot be neutralized by alkaline solution; it only can be rinsed with fresh water until the pH reach to 4.
3. Since NOBLAZE ® SWR-1 and NOBLAZE ® SWR-2 are acidic, it may cause burns on eyes and skin, when undergoing treatment process personal protective equipments must be worn
